Would Tevez have done well in Pep's system?

If Jesus is lauded for his pressing and movement then Tevez would have a knighthood under Pep.

Took games by the scruff of the neck too, something we can be sorely lacking this season. Would bang them in for fun in this team.

Of course he would, pep encourages work rate, he had it in abundance. Not only that, he was a great finisher and although we have scored plenty we've missed some chances this season, good chances. He in my opinion was one of the best players I've seen at the Etihad, up there with the best. Joy to pay and watch him!

Yes.

I’d love to have a peak Dzeko right now as well and go back to wingers staying wide on their natural side rather than inverted as a proper alternative. I’ve always preferred Sterling on the right anyway.

Tevez had a great career - up there with the very best and he fitted in every team he played for - saved West Ham from relegation, rags were gutted he left when the Govan pisscan wouldn’t pay him what he was worth and he was great for us - so yeah think he would be ok in Peps team - more of a fit than someone like Wilfred Bony.

Too selfish. He was an individual rather than team player, exactly what we needed for a period of time but his attitude would cause mayhem in the dressing room now if he was rotated.

at our place and West Ham he was by far the leading man

at United and Juve he played the supporting role as well as anyone i’ve seen.

Probably the most under rated PL player ever imo

He'd have been brilliant, he'd have been brilliant in any team or certainly enhanced it at least, think we've been spoilt because we've had Sergio, take him out of the equation and I'm not sure I've seen a better striker for us in my lifetime.

Yes absolutely - work rate to press from the front...an absolute fighter and also clinical....scores team goals and individual goals as well

Like kun i thikn he would have had to work to learn to play as part of a team more but like Kun he would have succeeded.......

A young and fit tevez would take out starting 11 to another level right now

He could always create chances out of very little, I think today If we had Tevez in our team, we wouldn't have problems scoring goals, he could crack a safe anywhere, he was the signing which changed everything for us at the time, loved it when he played, defended from the front, his work rate was phenomenal. I wish he would come back to see the fans again in a full stadium, am sure he would be surprised by the great reception he would receive.

What a player he was. He’d walk into our current team.

Was a fantastic player to watch. Genuinely, edge of the seat exciting.

Like Yaya, I’m not all that bothered about what he did or said off the pitch. Him disappearing for six months was mightily frustrating at the time but then, with his return (and a very exciting and inspirational return it was!), we wouldn’t have won the league without him.

One of those players that had you widening your eyes and leaning forward whenever he played

He'd have been the perfect player for Klopp IMO.
Sorry to be antagnostic but i couldn't give a toss about bingo and the vermin dippers. 100% he'd be perfect for Pep. Loved Tevez for his passion and skill.
