Get Johnson and Milner to swap around and it's there. Bellamy coming on for Johnson for the last 20-30mins to run at the already ravaged right back.

Bellers, fresh as a Welsh leek, running at yer for a third of the match when yer already on yer knees. A sight to behold.
 
With the squad we have I don’t understand why anyone is thinking we will play a set formation although for the big games and most away games I think we’ll line up 4-3-1-2 to keep it tight and hope that the quality we have will get us a goal at some stage. It doesn’t mean that we won’t switch to 4-4-2 at times with two wingers. It’s all about variation and keeping opponents guessing, and having an ability to switch tactics mid-game if the original tactics aren’t working.

4 -1 - 2 -1 - 2, I'm gonna say no as we would loose every week.
As has already been said we will play with 2 holding mids. We did it last season and we will do it next season. It will essentially be a 4 2 3 1 with the personnel changing and hopefully Mancini changing in games as needed(he did this last year as well).
 
For the opening game against spurs (with the players we actually have SIGNED for the club) I reckon it'll be more like
