No - they can fuck off. We did it before as a matter of wartime urgency - you could say it was a patriotic act. The only reason now is because they have allowed it to fall into disrepair. They have squandered money on players to the detriment of their shit hole ground - they dominated domestic football drunk on money allowing it to happen so for me they can play on a park pitch or ground share with Spurs so they are nearer their fanbase

For two different reasons they used Maine Road (OT bombed and then European games when they didn't have floodlights).

But the flag as shown on the post above says it all.
When it was the 50th anniversary of Munich, the rag board requested the banner came down as a mark of respect for the occasion and to their visitors.....
So I took it as a mark of dissrespect that it was allowed back up with the clubs full endorsement.

I don't have an issue with them playing in the city of Manchester though, and suggest they open up talks with their sister club the Moston Rag Socks which will help relieve their debt too

you've got to think about the logistics as well, there's no way our pitch can handle us playing on it in the Champions League and then that lot playing on it on Thursday nights as well.
