Would you consider McDonalds to be

Truthfully, I've never had a Macdonalds in my 70+ years. Had the occasional Burger King or Wimpey years ago but never the Big M. Here, in the S.West, it would be 60+ mile round-trip to find one.

Pretty much the same here re the nearest MacD's. About a 55 mile round trip for me, so I seldom ever have anything from them. Their bacon rolls are nice, mind.

tbh I like Macdoanlds. I dont eat it much, only use iot for energy food when got some grafting to do. Me and the mrs go get a meal when we have some decorating to do etc. Its full of energy.

I still dont know what is more unhealthy a weekly chippy night or a weekly maccyDs night.

I know which one I'll be full after.

Like their coffee and ice cream.
Cheese or chicken burger a couple of times a year.Usually after a midweek City game from Piccadilly Gardens.
Would have something else if I could find a decent take away chip shop.

A bit of googling...

Average fish and chips

861 to 998 calories,
52.8g of fat,
30-43g of protein

McDonald's big mac meal large coke and fries

1360 calories
58g of fat,
12g of protein
Shit ton of salt.

Out of the two, fish and chips as long as they aren't smothered in salt and its lightly battered is the best option.
One is including a sugary drink though, while the other isn't. No idea how much difference that makes.

No wonder the country’s health is going to the dogs when people actually think a MacDonalds meal is nutritious.

McDonalds is a metaphor for how the country has gone.

Overly expensive for what it is.
Tasteless.
Unwelcoming.
Uncultured.
Commercialised.
Boring.
Unimaginative.
Full of fuckwits.
Oh, I don't know about that. The last one I went into had plenty of cultures in the toilet, mostly smeared around the sinks and door handles as well as all over the floor, and there's at least one over here that has E. coli cultures all over the place.
