You can take it away if you want from the Big Mac meal and it’s still 100 calories more with considerably less protein and more fat.

Neither are healthy choices but at least the fish has more benefits.

I got tempted to go McDonald's after finishing late early hours ..

I'd been eating well and feeling good for a while now so didn't think a " treat " would be a problem ..
How wrong was I....minutes after finishing my " meal" I started itching for hours..the Lord knows what they put in their food, but I wouldn't give it to a spurs fan .
Never again will I bother with that toxic crap.
