Had Camel in Morocco. Also had dog there as well. Iceland is the place for weird stuff. The fermented shark was a particular highlight.

Happy to try any meat, so I'd give camel a go.
Had donkey burgers when I was in Milan for Atalanta away a couple of years back. Was very tasty!
