Good news then, it looks like the majority of bluemoon is Mancini in!
How on earth is that good news. You lot are deluded. As i say, nice bloke, classy looking guy, not a fucking Prem league manager.

You want stability and something built on solid foundations, then we need to get it right from the start and we need to start with the right man. Mancini is not the right man. Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal would never have appointment Mancini.

-- Thu Mar 25, 2010 11:55 am --

NO, give him an open cheque-book in the summer

No more over priced, over paid idiots only here for the money.

Lets buy value for money quality. Players who's number one aim isn't a huge pay deal. I'm not bothered with bigs names at all, i want to bring in the quality of player that plays for each other and the club and can actually form into a TEAM !

Open Chq book my arse

It's good news because it shows that the majority of this small selection of our fan base support the manager.

You are in the minority, which is nice as you will get sympathy but that's all.

As for your assertion that none of the other big clubs would hire him, what exactly are you basing that on?

I would be quite happy if Bobby Manc stayed......But can't say I'd be pissed off if we got mourinho in the summer . Either way changes are needed, I guess it's a toss up on who would get us there quicker.

No.

It's not Bobby's fault we don't have a single midfielder who can control the central area of the pitch. Give him the summer to bring in some players and we'll start to see improvements.

I wouldn't say I've given up on 4th but I'd be happy with 6th. Hopefully Chelsea or Spurs will win the FA Cup and so 6th will receive a Europa League spot.

No,

Roberto Mancini must remain as manager if we are to see any success on the pitch and for what it's worth I consider his short tenure a success. If we change manager again we could be set back by 2-3 transfer windows.

We got mugged last night plain and simple, we were not good enough throughout the entire team; Mancini's passionate reaction was nothing short of what I want to see from our manager. He knows and I'm sure the players will know that was a last chance game.

From here on in Champions League qualification requires nothing short of 100% from the players and manager alike; any margin for error was thrown away last night. Hopefully the "silver lining" is that the team is galvanised further. I also hope that the players saw Roberto Mancini's behaviour for what it was and understand exactly how much success means to him.

We can still do this and as fans we have to play our part.

Ctid.

What a load of manure.

Chelsea can appoint Hiddink? Or Grant or Scholari or Ancelotti?

But they would never consider Mancini who has only won Serie A 3 times and the Copa Italia god knows how many times? No, they'd never appoint him would they.

Right now I bet more than 50% of Liverpool supporters would swap managers with us in a heartbeat.

Mancini has the CV and the talent to take over from Baconface and Wenger as the best managers in the Prem.

We need to leave him to get on with the job. OK after a couple more seasons if we aren't seriously on track, then we can have a rethink, but for god's sake he's only been here 4 months.

depends, if we lose to united, arse, villa and spurs then yes he probably isnt the right man for job and probably shouldnt be offered an extra 3 years imo. but then again we dont know which managers would be available. mourinho would never come. having said that, we could play very well and be unlucky finishing 5th in which case we should give him a chance. there is a lot riding on the next 6 weeks.

If that's the case ask yourself why Inter felt the need to get shot of him despite having won 3 leagues titles in a row for a club that hadn't won the league in about 20 years?

I want Mancini out even if we DO make 4th! Simply not up to the rigours of the Premier League
It's a while since he played top class football so he might have some difficulty.

What kind of a post is this? Not up to the rigours of the Premiership? It's an international game, and Mancini has proved very adept at changing the system and getting the most out of players.

We got beat. Deal with it, and stop looking for scapegoats
It's a generalisation. It's how idiots argue.
