Wouldn't be surprised if more people watched the CWC final than the CL final. Any of the big clubs will do everything to win the tournament. It's going to be interesting.
 
The propaganda from the BBC and other football commentators is very annoying and hypocritical. There is a need for a World Cup at the pyramid of club football and I would love for City to win it. It seems a little unlikely as I struggle to see City's new squad gelling over 4 weeks in a process that typically takes a season.
Some of the early group games look very one-sided as is usual in competitions. Tomorrow I will watch PSG vs Atletico. Ignore the BBC. If they are so sectarian as to put narrow club interest above football, they deserve to be marginalised. This competition will clearly become important. And it should be. That doesn't mean there aren't problems.
 
Interesting to see how we approach these matches. Can see these group games being very low key then if we progress performance levels will increase. I still imagine lots of the players aren't happy about this tournament as they want to be on a beach somewhere and rightly so. But the top brass will want us to win and hopefully we really go for it

That's pretty realistic. Possible he won't start Reijnders but I think this is pretty close.
