Apologies for a new thread. Tried to ask the question on the thread I created a couple of months ago, but it keeps on staying where it is rather than bumping it.

Anyways, is it possible to download content on a USB drive onto the xbox? I have a load of photo's my lad wants on his xbox and whilst we can view them when the USB drive is plugged in, we can't find an option to download them onto the console With 120gb of memory, I would have thought this should be possible. Anyone know if it is?

in system settings you can link your PC to your Xbox then save your pictures on your PC. You can then go back to system settings and find the pictures through your PC there.

Need that £50 wireless thing for that though. When Microsoft developed this, they certainly knew what they were doing to milk their punters for all their worth. The PS3 might be more expensive, I have one downstairs and it pisses all over the Xbox. Not trying to start a silly PS3 v Xbox row, as each to their own, but just seems you can do far more with no further outlay with the PS3.
I'm stunned there is no option to download the photo's, thats pretty basic stuff that.
