Xbox scratching disks.

We had a problem with the lad's Xbox where the disc tray wouldn't go back in. We phoned the Microsoft helpline who arranged a courier to pick it up free of charge, it got sent to Germany, fixed and sent back within 10 days. Quality service.

Even so, the problems shouldn't really occur in the first place.

Everyone I know who currently plays Xbox, including myself, is on their 2nd console, some are on their 3rd.

It's shady as fuck.
