Christmas
There is a tesco guy that helps on self service with his arm in and out of a sling , i asked him what he has done and he whipped out his shoulder to show me an inpressive scar , he fell off his bike a shattered his shoulder and had a replacement shoulder joint , said it went well and he just as to keep it moving and do the physio, piece of piss lovely xxI’ll probably just get a nice ready meal from M&S not sure I’ll be cooking much this year.
I’m assuming I won’t have full movement by Xmas and if I’m on my own there’s less messing about that way xThere is a tesco guy that helps on self service with his arm in and out of a sling , i asked him what he has done and he whipped out his shoulder to show me an inpressive scar , he fell off his bike a shattered his shoulder and had a replacement shoulder joint , said it went well and he just as to keep it moving and do the physio, piece of piss lovely xx
You will be surprised lovely , physio starts day one , put in the work and you can quickly get your movement back , it is hard work but well worth it xI’m assuming I won’t have full movement by Xmas and if I’m on my own there’s less messing about that way x

One recipe was by Lady someone who lived on a huge country estate in Scotland, and it was for left over venison
You can imagine what Billy Connolly had to say about a mum in a Glasgow tenement block wondering what to do with her left over venison
