Top notch album - a really dirty sounding bass throughout and mad noises. Great band.
As for Kasabian, great first album, then they turned into THE SWEET!! Load of old bollocks.

never bothered with the new one, i didn't hear particularly good things about it. apparently it's very poppy

I do quite like Primal Scream but to suggest that Xtrmntr 'scared the music industry' is taking things a little bit too far in my opinion, they've only ever done what New Order have already done or, if they want to play rock n roll, the Rolling Stones.

Good group but I've met them and they think they're better than they are.

I found it pretty hard work to listen to

not one of my favourite Primal Scream albums ( best is Give Out But Dont Give UP)

so did i the first time. after a few listens i grew to love it.

maybe. but any group that can make an album that spits so much vitriol that is/was not far from the truth AND marry it to a soundtrack that sounds like the best riot you have ever seen is considerably class in my opinion!

maybe. but any group that can make an album that spits so much vitriol that is/was not far from the truth AND marry it to a soundtrack that sounds like the best riot you have ever seen is considerably class in my opinion!

I wouldnt disagree with that mate, for me personally, and I'm not sure why, my fave Primals album is the first one, Sonic Flower Groove it's just dead jangly and indie!
