Yaya Toure apologises

One or two on here were suggesting the club didn't care about his agents comments.

It also shows up just how soft Pelligrini was. These 2 had a good relationship. Clearly Manuel has been bent over a barrel for the last 2 years. I'll bet he's glad he can finally stand up straight.

We finally have a proper fucking manager.
Absolutely.

Can't understand people thinking this is a smokescreen. It just is what it is. Pep isn't a bullshitter.

No it's not and he absolutely not a bullshitter

The irony is that these lousy journalists have been peppering him with inane attempts to get a headline and Pep delivers one when they were least expecting it from a rather harmless question

He'll never know and £520,000.00 a month is an amount I wouldn't like to be guaranteed to lose out on.

Either way Yaya isn't going to be thinking of getting Seluk a present right now.

Personally doubt that he would have played in anything than League Cup and the odd dead rubber type of game so he won't be losing too much by it. He seemed to get himself fitter than he has been (presumably at Guardiola's behest) and still wasn't getting much game, or even bench, time which I suspect, together with the CL squad omission, is what caused his agent to kick off.

Anyway, he'll no doubt either stay and see out his contract and pick up his bonuses, or will leave on a free in Jan. Can't see an apology forthcoming.

Well don Pep, totally agree, it's about time this club got a manage with balls, the message he sends a out to all players is don't mess with me or this club or your out. Yaya won't play for us again as his agent won't apologise and Pep knows this. The players no who's the boss now, things had been allowed to slip particularly under the last few months of Pellas reign. Players who won't to prosper and win major titles with Pep will be fine, those who think their bigger than the club will soon be gone and replaced by others with the right attitudes. Nasari, Joe and now Yaya all but gone this guy is the real deal and the boss man, it also, shows that from the board to players this is now going to be a top top club.

Well I guess this puts an end to the 'does Yaya still have a role' thread? Seeing as I doubt an apology is forthcoming, good fucking riddance.
Pep/City won't be expecting an apology it's just a smart way of saying fuck off you lazy git and take your shithouse agent with you.

I hope there isn't one.
