The Club should just ask him if he intends to commit to city next season and if he says he wants out look for a replacement ( maybe this has happened already and we are looking whilst keeping things under wraps until deals are done)

If he refuses to answer until after the World Cup then he should be told we will not accept any offers after after the World Cup has started as we won't have time to replace him and release a statement saying we will not sell under any circumstances after the World Cup as started, then at least we'd all know where we stand and can enjoy the summer of football

I wouldn't say for sure they have a a reasonable answer from him otherwise they would have nipped this pr disaster in the bud by coming out and saying that he is committed to staying and playing for us.

If he has talked to the club and they know what his intentions are then for me that suggests that he has told them he wants out . Just my opinion on it..

In five years time, (if he leaves) Yaya will be forgotten about and his reputation will be in tatters with most (not all) City fans...

If he stays for the rest of his contract and puts a shift in EVERY game, bearing in mind he will lose a bit of pace as he gets older, he will be a legend along with Mike Doyle, Buzzer, Franny, Kinky etc.

This. Mentioned this before, he is not irreplaceable and if he wants to act like a dick we should fuck him off while we can still fetch a tidy sum for him.
