It would not surprise me at all if he had been misquoted, the media will have a swipe at City whenever possible...

'Goody two shoes fuckers'.
Which is modspeak for 'those who disagree with me'.
You must have spent ages thinking that one up Bill.
Have a biscuit.
A biscuit? He ate Yaya's cake!
Somehow I knew it'd all be Bills fault, he's never liked him.

I'm going back downstairs mate.
I knew it was a mistake coming here.

many posters are refusing to blame or chastise yaya for this, i get where they are coming from as he's an outstanding player so we'll just suck his dick and hope he stays. well that's a rags attitude.
i say fuck him as my club will always come first.
you don't have to agree with me, you wanna be wrong and fall for his bullshit go right ahead.

So do you 100% think he's using his brothers death as a bargaining tool?

As it should. Was no different with Tevez. It's harder with Yaya because in a way he was far more loved than even Tevez, and they were certainly both talismanic for us. Ultimately though the club comes first and when Toure and his advisors start throwing mud at our owners, then I think the gloves should come off from the supporters too.

Yep - you've finally worked it out - I'm a rag mole.
I suppose six years is a fair run.
Have another slice of cake, and pat yourself on the back.

The disrespect in this thread is unmeasurable, anyone rational is automatically labeled an "apologist" or "good two shoes" and then the constant heaps of name calling of a player in our shirt, yet if this was said towards another poster numerous times that poster would be banned.

It's funny how those who have something negative to say are choosing to read everything as fact from papers they would normally deem unreliable if it had to deal with transfer news of some sort.

Also why is it so hard for people to reserve judgement till after the World Cup? It looks as if Ivory Coasts time in Brazil will be a short stay so the entire air can be cleared when he gets back. Nobody is waiting for "magical facts to appear" but I'm willing to bet none of you know him or his life to call him the names I've seen on this thread.

Re: Yaya Toure

I don't know about you guys, but I find it very unattractive when grown-up men behave like little spoiled children. He's always been a complainer, unwilling to sacrifice himself for the squad.

Pellegrini has been saying in interviews he's happy with Yaya making his signature runs, just as long as he gets back defending. Yaya doesn't.

Sell sell sell!

not sure about that to be honest, we know he's a **** but that would really take the biscuit. what he is doing is using that situation to garner sympathy and to save face as he leaves our shores.
there will be no bargaining as in trying to reward him further so he'll stay. city will either fuck him off on THEIR terms, or tell him to shut the fuck up and get on with his job. win win for city as we hold all the cards. oh and if he does stay, and we win the title again , or even the quad yaya toure will always now be remembered as a ****. shame.

I might be wrong here so feel free to correct me, but from what I have gathered it appears that Yaya wrote a piece for France Football making those claims. Isn't it fair for us to assume he actually said that?
