Yaya Toure to Milan?

Is he the same "Freddie Boswell" twitter user that used that picture of Alfred E. Neuman, the MAD magazine mascot?

If so he has posted some utter bollocks for quite a while

Always wary of quoting Twitter with the 'Twitter bollox' responses on here (maybe we should have a 'Twitter bollox' thread where people can post free of persecution :)), but this guy is a scout in eastern Europe (and an Inter fan) and having followed him for a few years he's no bulls*t artist. He said this to some City fans:

IF this is true, is it even worth selling him? Are we that desperate to free space on the wage bill having got the wages-to-turnover ratio down to 59% from 86%? We'd have to have some top names lined up to even consider selling him so cheap IMO.

This would be an insult for a great player who's hit a low in his form over this season. The club should stand behind him and decline the Italian jokers if this is true (which I don't think it is).

Joke of a price

It's got to be a typo, he probably means £40m, an easy mistake to make.

Or perhaps £14m? It would make more sense if it is.

As YaYa is 31 (32 next month) and has completed the 2nd year of his contract this summer, then he can buy his contract out his contract and go wherever he wants. If on £210k a week thats £22m.
I reckon City would let him go for £11m so if Inter really want him they need to stop taking the piss..

To be fair guys this has all been covered in the yaya thread on the main forum in much better detail, no need for another thread with misleading op!

Latest noises from Inter is that the deal will be very difficult as it is too expensive.
