Inter’s move for Yaya Toure is believed to be entering its final stages, with the Ivorian reportedly looking for a house in Milan.

The Manchester City midfielder has been heavily linked with the Nerazzurri, with Coach Roberto Mancini keen to reunite with the player he worked with in England.

Following reports that the player has agreed terms on a contract, Gazzetta dello Sport reports today that City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has given his blessing to the deal.

The newspaper believes that the club has lowered its asking price from €18m to €14m, which is more in line with the Beneamata’s budget.

The sports daily also claims that Toure’s agent Dimitri Seluk has paid several visits to Milan, and in recent days has been searching for a home for his client in the city.

He'll be trying to find one close to the cake shops.

€14 million!?! That is far too low!! Add another 10 mill at least!!

at 31/32 year old and after an average season for his standards...we not going to get much more mate....The biggest plus for City is that we'll get the 220k a week salary off the books.....I still feel we are selling him(if he does leave in this transfer window) one year too late....his market value after the 2013/2014 season would have been double what it is now......City legend but time to move on....

Sky reporting his agent now saying he is staying !!!!

Yaya Toure will stay at Manchester City, insists agent Dimitri Seluk

Yaya Toure's agent Dimitri Seluk says Yaya Toure will stay at Manchester City.

Seluk told Sky Sports News HQ that Inter Milan and other clubs made offers but City said he was "too important to let go" and that he hasn't been pushing for a new, improved contract for his client.

Toure, who is reportedly City's highest earner on around £220,000 per week. The former Barcelona midfielder signed a four-year contract with City in April 2013.
