This. No bias involved at all. No one can play from centre back to up front like Yaya Toure can. He'd walk into any team in the world, that includes Barca, he's 10x the player Busquets is. They must really regret selling him.

Player of the season easily in my opinion, and I'm surprised he isn't mentioned in that context more often. I suspect people discarded his name from the runnings because he went to ACoN mid season. I can't think of one game he played poorly.


It's hard to look past the goals of RVP as his contribution to Arsenal's season is blatantly obvious and quantifiable.

If he played for the scum he'd have won that award hands down.

If we had 10 Yaya Toures we'd win every game. We'd never give the ball away, we'd be deadly from set pieces, terrify defenders, no one would get through our defence, never get shrugged off the ball, we'd play intricate football or smash it from range, left or right foot, If only.
