What is the mystical hold that Yaya has over Mancini? 47000 of us can see he isn't cutting the mustard this season yet he is selected for every game. 16 poor games in the Premiership and 6 in Europe. And he even stays on the pitch when he is hobbling around, not contributing, and there is ten minutes to go in a derby game. Why??

The problem isn't Yaya himself, it's where Yaya is being asked to play.

Bang him behind the striker and you'll see the Yaya from early last year.

Totally agree with this statement. That bloody run he did against real and again yesterday against the scum is what we all saw last year and loved.
