Yaya's agent goes in hard on Txiki

“Now, it’s a struggle for them to even qualify for the Champions League and, in my opinion, I don’t think they will finish in the top four."

If that is what his agent thinks and Yaya doesn't disagree then Yaya shouldn't be playing any of the matches.

Just fuck off, 2 days before the biggest game of the season and he comes up with this shit. If he is pissed at Txiki for called us shit then he is doing way way worse here and has been for the past few years. I don't think he has an idea how much fans dislike Toure.

I just don't fucking get some people on here. Why was everyone happy with Sterling and KDB if they knew Txiki is fucking up the club. Txiki can get the players but he can't decide how those XI play on the field. It is totally Pellegrini's job not Txiki. We managed to sign KDB in competition with Bayern and PSG. We had the biggest summer from any club around the world. I don't blame any result on Txiki, its the managers job to make them play, he sure as hell sounded happy with Otamendi, KDB and Sterling. He signed Demichelis, Caballero not Txiki, Txiki just got them here for him.

They will have a CL bonus for sure.
Nail, head. Probably no bonus at all if no CL qualification proper - about 25% of salary package. £50K a week next season (paid in arrears per week & on signing aniversary) for the set of players on £210k package (£160k basic). For YaYa / Aguero probably £75 a week next season on a £300 package (£225k basic). 4th won't guarantee qualification bonus either...

They will certainly feel the pinch.

Txiki has been successful in his role in an unparalleled manner since day one. Nobody, literally nobody in the world of football has been more successful in their field. Given that his job from day one has been to stunt the growth of this football club and hold it back from what it would otherwise have achieved though, that isn't something for any city fan to be proud of.

I have said it many times over his tenure but he WILL fuck off back to Barca soon enough but not before he has derailed the whole project in order to protect his Spanish fucking mistress, Barcelona Fc.

The money wasted, the managers undermined, have been criminal.

With a professional DOF in place these last few years city would by now be on a par with Bayern, Barca, Real, in terms of playing squad and long term infrastructure. That we are still, in real terms, a second level European club, after the immense investment that has taken place, is a shocking indictment of his time here.

City will never take the leap forward the sheik deserves whilst this fifth columnist is in place.

He must go now. He must. Or we can all forget about a long term project to successfully grow us into a European and world giant. He will not let it happen. That would threaten his love, Barcelona fc too much.

He is a ****.

Ps: so is yaya's agent but he is right about txiki.

At least we know Seluk the cunts username now.

i think Txiki did a fine job in the last window . But one blunder we made in the last window was not ensuring to have a good backup striker for Kun .. How we made that blunder and over-valued Bony I dont know ..but we look toothless without Kun upfront and if we proceed to the next round of CL , Kun cant play every game ...

Can't disagree.

Not read the whole thread, but is this bit of the article true?

“Look at the transfer of Fernando. The player was available for nothing because his contract was coming to an end and City could have signed a pre-contract.

“Then, three months before the end of the season, Fernando signs a new deal and City end up paying 15m euro. That is not normal. Either something strange happened or Txiki is very stupid and doesn’t know his job.

I think he's probably right on the players motivations. Can't be helping reading every day Pep wants 10 players to overhaul his team

Perhaps Fernando wanted to sign that contract due to the enticement of a generous signing on fee that was attached to it. Signing a pre-contract could have deprived him of a few million quid. Seems pretty normal human behaviour to me.

Some interesting stuff in the article, especially the bits about unrest in the dressing room. However, we've not just been shite since the Guardiola announcement. Our form has been affected by injuries, but more so by the manager's strange team selection. Nothing he says could have been said without Yaya's input, especially the bits about the dressing room and players not being happy.

For my point of view, Yaya will move on, but that should be down to Guardiola. I still think he's our most important central midfield player, and at present we don't have anyone who can fill his role. Maybe that would be Pogba? Anyone who says we'd be OK by dropping him for the rest of the season doesn't have City's best interests at heart.

Christ, don't say that, someone will start a thread calling him a greedy, mercenary **** and asking why he doesn't kiss the badge every time we get a throw in.....

Wasn't he also hoping to get into Portugal's world cup squad and Porto basically said we wont play u for 6 months if u sign a pre-contract?

Ferran & Txiki are paid employees of the club and the last I heard, taking a blood oath of love and allegiance wasn't a requirement under UK employment law.

From memory wasn't he told he wouldn't play again if he didn't sign and he had high hopes of going to the world cup at the time ?

We have a strange habit us city fans of dishing of praise for ex city players who deserve fuck all, and not acknowledging city players who should go down as legends.

Milner is more thought of than Yaya for some reason. Don't let this agent ruin your legacy Yaya pal!
When the dust has settled in years to come Yaya name should be up there in the top 5 all time City players for what he's done. Mentioned alongside the likes of Colin Bell.
