Location: Whitefield Tragic as that was, I don't suppose they do the same for the Birmingham fan who was crushed to death years ago when they were penned in at St Andrews and pushed a wall over trying to get out.
Wouldn't normally do this (post on another clubs forum) but just got back and was looking for footage of the back to the game tribute and came across what was by the OP an attempt at showing the situation and lack of any solution to a tragic event and this idiots stupid comment
BTH if you are going to make such comments, at least do a little research first, you are a dick sir!
The lad killed at brum was a leeds fan and it happened as the police charged a group of supporters in the stands and concourses not involved in the trouble on the pitch, not a birmingham fan as you suggest, check if you wish. Have your lads never being involved in shinanigans off the pitch, what i mean is how can you sit like that as though the moral high ground is with man City, your lads had a rep amongst the best back in the day.
The OP see's the situation as a football fan and obviously sees the incident as something that could happen anywhere, and before you start with the you were burning money and disrispecting flags gash, dont bother, I was there that night which is maybe why I feel as strongly as do but they were decent lads following their club away from home, nothing more, If you have never been involved with following your team away and in europe then I feel sorry for you, you've missed out, but if you have then you know what goes on. we all see it in our cities and towns everyweek, there may be the odd flare up but we don't go stabbing folk.
Cowardly Txxx needs bringing to justice, in my opinion the footage of the tribute should be front page news tomorrow, bring some justice for the 2 lads and their families. for more info visit http://www.leedsfansremembrance.com. maybe leave a donation for the candelighters charity running consecutive with the 10 year aniversary event.
