you,ve never won feck all

Firstly you don't even own your own ground, you "rent it" from the council ffs very impressive, your attendances are only greater by the fact that our ground is currently not big enough for our fan base, Spurs have the most expensive season tickets in the country at up to £1675 each and over £1000 on average, yet we still have over 22,000 fans on our season ticket waiting list and over 70,000 One Hotspur members.

You will lose out big time if you try to compare your support to Tottenham's, Spurs have the Third highest all time average attendance, Manchester City got 17,000 fans LOL for a UEFA Cup tie, then another massive crowd of 21,000 last week, you got 35,000 for a League game a little while a go oh dear, Spurs almost always sell out for UEFA Cup ties, unless Daniel Levy takes the piss like he did last week, by charging us £53 for a ticket, 33,000 is as low as we go, our League games sell out weeks and sometimes months in advance, Spurs are going to build a new £400m 60,000 seater stadium in the next few years, but don't let those facts deter you from your ill informed rant will you.

Your owner might have more money, but Tottenham as a club generate over DOUBLE what Manchester City do, hence the fact that you never had a pot to piss in for years and years.[/quote]

Thanks Essexyid, I am indeed overwhelmed by your support. As you say, we once had a crowd of 35,000 at Eastlands for a league game. It was against Fulham with their huge following.
35,000 really is dire isn't it? Can you please re

36,000 that is all we can accomadate at WHL, at the present time, with 22,000 fans who pay a fee yearly to stay on our growing season ticket waiting list, along with with over 70,000 One Hotspur members, hope that helps.

a lot of people seem to think that football was invented in 1993. I never understand why we talk about premiership titles rather than league titles so Utd can score points off liverpool....

For example if the FA cup was renamed to something else with a different format would we not mention the previous winners and their significance?

Love the way you accuse Levy of "taking the piss" charging £53 for a ticket last week or on average charging over a thousand for a season ticket then bragging about the fact you have double our turnover! I'm just happy to be paying under £400 for my season ticket & watching the likes of Robinho.... that's all.

don't start with us on attendances. Manchester City have the record for the highest ever attendance out of all the league clubs in England.

No it doesn't. You're laughing at 35k (once), yet you only get 36k. You started by stating facts about your trophy haul, then finished with conjecture about what your attendances might one day be. Lets stick to the facts. Our gates are higher than yours. And whilst we are stating facts, City have the highest ever crowd (over 85,000) for a domestic match in England (vs Stoke City, 1950's). Thanks for your contribution to this forum. Enjoy your season.

Oh and can I add Essexyid, as you were being a bit hopeful with your truth. That 85,000 that Blue62 talks of is actually believed to be woefully underestimated as a few scallies on the turnstiles were fiddling them to pocket a bit of cash while it was so busy. If you Google for pictures you will see kids sat on hay-bales on the pitch and people scaling lamp posts outside. The actual figure is thought to be nearer 100,000+ people for that league game. And before you snigger at that, Maine Road was designed as a 110,000 capacity stadium just like the Wembley Stadium that was built at the same time, by the same company, McAlpine's!
