Stones 22, Sterling 21, Sane' 20, Garcia 19 including Gabriel 19, All of them already at first team squad and starting 11. We can see lot of potential and when they gain more experience they can be big players in near future especially under Pep supervision. Future look really bright I need a sunglasses to watch City now.

You can add Maffeo to that, looked very good at the swamp on weds. Tosin looks a good prospect as well, knows when to go, when to stay. Reads the game well. Brahim Diaz looks fantastic as well. It's not going to be plain sailing when you're replacing an ageing squad with a youthful one but it will settle down shortly. In Pep we trust...

+1

Pep's recruiting philosophy seems markedly different from that of Mancini/Pellers. Pep doesn't appear to want to spend big on established players nearly as often as our past managers. Instead, Pep often looks to get value for money spent, either buying up-and-coming players or very young but promising ones most often - there have been exceptions to this though in the past, and I expect that we'll sign some marquee players under Pep in the future. I kind of like this.

Players we buy will by-and-large not have proven their worth - they'll be young, eager to learn, and much easier to coach.

And this, I think, is one of the things Pep enjoy's most - certainly "Pep Confidential" backs this up - Pep enjoy's coaching young, talented players - improving their game, and turning them into world class footballers.
