However i think my very first concert might well have been a group called 'Cockney Rebel' at a venue near Great Stone Road in Stretford ...... there were some feckin' weirdos at that concert i can tell you ... it kicked off bigstyle inside and the cops had to be called .

You sure it wasn't 'Cockney Rejects?' Seems a bit unlikely for it to kick off at Cockney Rebel, unless it was embittered Beatles fans narked at Steve Harley's version of 'Here Comes The Sun.'

Definetely Rebel mate ... i've never seen the Cockney Rejects.
two seperate groups of lads took exception to each other inside and it really kicked off ...... the cops manned the exits afterwards to try to catch them as one lad had been badly hurt.
