]I don't know Ammy but I have always been like it. For example I was thinking of going to one of the bluemoon get togethers but I dread the thought of saying the wrong thing or not fitting in. I tend to be someone who wishes they could let themselves go but never do. The silly part is I'm not shy.

Lol you must come to the next one never worry about saying anything no one else does ;o)
He can do what I did, the pop-in with family to distract everyone from potential verbal faux pas. I'd been in The Rain Bar for ages and had clocked De Niro, but wanted a little Dutch courage.

Did he accept ? ;-)

Kalouk, you have just described me. Not a big fan of crowds. Have to be feeling it at the time to really come out of my shell. I'm weird though too, weird and shy.

You are probably normal though

I am, sat in the pub opposite for an hour on my own before I went in, on the other hand I don't care about fitting in or offending people or being socially inept, I have a bit of a fuck it attitude. If I can do it you can, there's only PB that scares me.

I wish I had that attitude. It's funny because my sister is the exact opposite she is always the life and soul and seems to attract people to her.

Well I'm no 'life and soul', and I'm much more boring than I used to be, but life's too short to worry about not being entertaining enough.

I'll hold your hand too Andy x

All kids think their parents are nerdy

I hate change, I'm stuck in my ways and I find it hard to leave my comfort zone. I'll adapt eventually but I'm a nightmare over the most basic amendments to every day life.

I let people steal my posts.

I also worry too much about other posters. It will take me ages to get to sleep tonight worrying about Rosler 1985 and poor Peoffrey.

I always had Peoffrey down as a pretty smart and cool late twenties yuppy type. Publishing I think it is. At least I have the excuse of age in my corner.
