This one isn't a flaw as such, but I have a massive dislike of people who can't just say what they mean. Whether its through lack of social skills, nerves or arrogance I can't stand people who beat around the bush.

I'd much rather someone just spits it out, rather than worry about phrasing it right. Massive waste of time.
