I have bought 9 tickets this week
Had I have done it by phone it would have cost me an additional £22.50

About time they charged £2.50 per transaction and not per ticket as the work involved and the postage remains the same
 
Today is a great example of why they need to sort these glitches.
With Chelsea selling out quickly at a high points level I'm sure there were some who possibly met with issues trying to secure a ticket online who possibly thought I'll call later or on my break only to find out they have now missed out on a ticket they would have got had we had a reliable online ticketing system
 
I might be wrong, and I'm not saying City should not fix these problems, but any chance this could be an Apple iOS issue??? The Safari browser in iOS is really bad...
 
had similar problem a while ago, realised i hadn't logged in, did that 1/2 hour and several attempts later and was successful

I use android on a Samsung galaxy s4 phone and as long as I log in first, I can always buy tickets online for myself or any registered friends. The site also saves my card details for the next time. The browser I use on the phone is Google Chrome.
