Our national anthem is crap. The French, Italian and German anthems are all much better.

Italian. Strangely the rugby players do it better than the footballers.

Like the one Ireland use for the rugby. Not a fan of our national anthem as it's elitist and is sung in a language that only 19% of us speak. I have learnt the words to the anthem anyway but always bugged me.

I do like Flower of Scotland. Italy, Russia and France all deserve a mention.

Try the New Zealand one... first verse in Maori, then in English .... then followed by a Haka ... now even as an Englishman it gets the hairs up on the back of your neck.... stirring stuff indeed.... especially when we go on to beat the Aussies...
