Also want to mention Elton John because, although I'm no fan of his music, his voice is unique and rarely impersonated. Especially when compared to the sheer amount of nightclub Elvis' and Sinatras out there.
Maybe it's a sign of getting abit older and listening to different music but I think Bobby Darin was a brilliant performer with an amazing voice,he sounded good no matter what style of song he sang.
