I used to take 2 cereal bars, 2 packets of crisps, one large ham and cheese baguette and some fruit but since my last visit to the docs and being told I've got high Cholestrol I've packed in the fags and I now take a tuna salad, a wholemeal pitta, some blueberrys with plain nuts and a plum, I'm hungry all feckin' day but I'm not going to have a heart attack hopefully
Not sure what vaping is but I don't crave a smoke I'm just hungry all the time. I've got a Chicken Jalfrezi for tomorrow as well as all the other shite.
