Listen, I think Milner looked great on Saturday playing centrally in place of de Jong and I think he will eventually overtake Barry as Barry ages, but I think he is a waste of a spot out on the wing. When he is distributing the ball and has a ton of space he is much better, but watching him run at players and lose the ball is dreadful.

Very solid with space seeing the whole field, not solid trying to put his head down and run by players, simply not his game.

It's vital Milner plays imo as he will provide essential support to Richards down the flank both defending and going forward, whilst somewhat calming the threat of Nani and Giggs interchanging, obviously Barry will provide Kolarov with the same defensive support of the opposite side, with Silva operating in a free role ahead trying to support Carlos.

Yaya could be the difference in this though with his powerful deep runs from midfield.

I respect your opinion but Zaba bothers me at times. He is far too out of control and makes bad fouls outside of the box. I like him and his attitude and is a solid defender, but a bad foul and a yellow early in the first half puts us in a bad situation. There were a couple of times against WBA where I thought he was going in too hard after already receiving a yellow. He needs to be careful.

My formation would be fairly fluid depending on how the game's going. If we're chasing the game with about 35 to go, both Milner & Kolorov could be pushed wide in support of Tevez & Silva.

If were leading (or holding onto a point) at around the 70 minute mark. both would continue as they started, playing a fairly defensive role in support of Dejong & Barry.
