If all on top form then Mendy for Zinchenko

Ive not seen anything from Mendy to suggest he's better than Zinchenko. People say hes a great crosser of the ball, I disagree. If you hit 20 crosses a game then you are bound to get a few assists. The amount of time he hits the first man is unbelievable.

This season I don’t think we have a strongest XI.

There’s always been a few players just out of form and when they get into form someone else dips a bit.

This barely happened last season.

Right now Silva, de Bruyne and Sané are just a bit down on their best. Bernardo, Sterling and Kun on fire. But the other three may well hit top form soon again and then it’s about rotating without any of them losing it. But it’s also about rotation to get those first thre back into form.

In short; who fucking knows?! Haha

Best 11 doesn't exist because form exists. For example, Go back to January after the Liverpool game and not a single person would leave Sane out of their starting 11.

we have the backip keepers, Foden, mahrez and zinchenko as squad players, (and even then it's only a matter of time before Foden is a legitimate option in every game and Zinchenko in current form and due to a lack of options has made left back his own) the rest of the squad at any given time could come in depending on form, the game plan and the opposition and us not be noticeably weaker.

Exactly this. No longer any such thing as a best eleven - too many variables as you say
