Your thoughts on the transfer window?

Me, im a little dissapointed to say the least.
Ok we brought in players, but no superstar, I know we have robinho but another in this window would have been GREAT.
To me this season is going to be a mid table finish when if the men at the top did their job we could have made a bit of a move up the ladder.
We still have 25 hours left though!

Disappointed by the lack of a "big star" that we waited all season for and frustrated by the lost to Stoke. Not much else to add to that.

solid defensive buys in de jong, bridge and given

disappointed in the attacking buy....bellamy.....and with the other possibility (RSC).....

cannt see anyone else coming in unless lescott for Jo........again another solid defensive buy......

We still need an out and out forward........we wont get one though

Clubs dont want to sell superstars, clubs definatly do not want to sell superstars mid season,
I still reckon the Kaka deal went something along the lines of
City - How much for Kaka
AC - Not for sale
City - How much
AC - £100m (to scare us off)
City - Ok, Lets talk

Weve done good business, An International left back, A keeper in the top 3 in the Prem, Bellamy and a highly rated midfielder (dont know much about him myself as i dont play FM). Not a bad month to say the January window is not really renoun for big deals.

Im getting sick of these supporters who say they are disappointed because we havent bought a superstar!

Al Fahim has got a lot of explaining to do. Im glad he has been distanced from our club because people seem to believe we are just going to go out and buy every big name under the sun.

It would be good if we didnt sign a galactico this window because it might just remove that expectation that every transfer window we will break the transfer record.

Personally I am delighted with our signings. All top quality premier league players and de jong is top class as well.

Anybody else in now is a bonus. i would love a CB and striker tomorrow but who knows. bloody exciting though.

De Jong is class I admit that but sorry to say it Bellamy, Given. Im not too sure.
But they wear the shirt so I wont knock them.
