Mercer had success over several seasons and has to be top.
I marginally prefer the style Pellers plays to Bobby and he seems to keep the players on board, but Bobby probably had a harder job to get the attitude right and he had a bit more charisma with the fans.
Loved Book
Keegan's first couple of seasons were great but he became insanely profligate over transfers.

He was next on my list, did a great job under the circumstances, we were sinking without a trace then he not only kept us up but also won the cup!
