Zabaleta has 'agreed to join West Ham'

:( Hes a legend and it will awful to not see him in a city shirt. id rather he retired here and then went into coaching. hart, kompany ( probably) and zaba leaving - all the players that care about the club.

If any modern player deserved a statue, it's zab. The last in the door before the takeover, he came for footballing reasons and nobody could ever question that. He's literally bled for the shirt in an era were that's just a saying for trying a bit hard. He's had a fantastic Micah Richards, Boateng, Maicon and Sagna brought in to replace or challenge him at times and rose to the occassion each and every time, never once moaning, never once going to the press. Does he even have an agent?

Pablo Zabaleta is the professional footballer James Milner wishes he was.

We may get a better fullback, but he'll never be replaced.
Fucking fantastic post. If I could do gifs it would be the standing ovation one

Absolute professional who always gives 100% 100 percent of the time.
Lets hope he returns in some capacity.

That sounds a 'too good to turn down' deal. If he is going anywhere, West Ham is a proper football club but will really miss him. He has been a fantastic servant of our club and has more than earned the label 'legend'. Hope to see him back at the club in some capacity one day.

Be gutted to see him go, but glad hes going to a good club. Hes an absolute City legend, up there with Andy Morrison for me and thats high praise as I love big Andy for what he did for our club.
