If you asked me that 2 seasons ago I would of said Glen Johnson, but the past season Pablo has really impressed me, I slagged him off to fuck when we first signed him saying he was no better then Richards but he has really develpoed into a decent RB and never moans when he isn't playing.

zabba is better defensively and can plauy a range of positions.

johnson is probably better as an attacking fullback than zabba is (though this is what leaves Johhson so exposed at times as he doesnt have the discipline to know when not to attack!)

If you asked me that question in the past, i would of tipped glen johnson but Zabaleta has more use to a team, Versatile, consistent, Still young, both footed, reminds me of ben stiller, and can attack and defend effectively.

I didn't realise that Ben Stiller was any good.

spot on fella johnson not the special when defending for england he panics and hoofs the ball all over the park scored a few good goals but how about the one for pablo on sunday 20 yard rocket and then the long ranger that carlos nicked in thats wat makes him better and can hold the back line too

Liverpool should have kept Arbeloa, much more solid, consistent full-back, rather than blow 17million or whatever it was, on a position that was already covered. I personally think the only reason they bought Johnson was because he was English. Alot of Liverpool fans rate Martin Kelly, higher than Johnson.
