God I hate Zoe Ball. An embarrassment to broadcasting. Always has been. She’d be out of her depth in a drop of rain. Hopelessly devoid of talent she jabbers on talking uninformed SHITE and tripping over her own incompetence and ignorance to the discomfort of anyone unfortunate enough to be listening. Yet she still gets work because she was once photographed wearing a straw hat and drinking JD…get this….from the BOTTLE. At a FESTIVAL. This somehow makes her rock n roll. A ladette if you will. Despite this being perfectly normal behaviour, especially for someone who works in the media. Despite her being as edgy as a Shreddies nan. She probably watches Heartbeat and reads Women’s Own. Just fuck off Zoe Ball. I’m onto you.

You cannot hate her more than I do. We listen to R2 as our station of choice but when the Ginger Nutter goes gallivanting to Monaco or Hay-on-Wye we have a telly breakfast. Can't stand the woman. There's just summat that I can't quite put me finger on!!!

Her dads pretty cool though and deserves some kudos for being the only TV personality from that era to still be a free man.

I remember when she was on Fantasy Football and Skinner asked her, her favourite all time football memory.

Eric's comeback, she replied. The first game back after his ban. It was amazing. The atmosphere. The occasion. The result. Eric's performance. Just the perfect day.

Where were you sat? asked Skinner.

In the car on the motorway. Heard it on the radio, she replied.

Nope, I wouldn't either.
There are too many reasons not to and that's before saying that she looks too much like her Dad to even consider

She is sadly typical of all these new middle-class fans who are following football today.

I preferred it when all football fans were working-class, like what I am.

Did Jeeves type this post for you?

Never liked her, apart from one photo.

Jeeves, as a consequence of his comprehensive education, struggles expressing himself via the written word.

Clearly, it has its advantages when it comes to calculating his holiday entitlement and amending his working conditions, but the flip-side to the same coin is that his secretarial skills are somewhat lacking.

I have spoken to Daddy about this, but he insists the current arrangement is best for all concerned.

It's not the class I particularly object to.

I had a pint of snakebite in that boozer in Hale once so I am virtually middle class myself.

It's more the fact that I saw her interviewed a couple of years earlier and she was a BIG Liverpool fan then.

I always thought that this Bird's career was based around her being a Ladette and not a Lady?
