When I lumped on Leicester to go down in the summer, it was more hope than expectation.
Just out of interest, what odds did you get? Wish I'd done it.

Thank fuck Vardy stayed, as I can just see the narrative if he'd gone to Arsenal:
'Not the same team without Vardy's goals - he'd have been into double figures by now'
'He was their talisman - where he lead, they followed'
'Without his pace up front, they're not the same team'
'His energy, his vigour, his fight - that's what this team is missing'
Well, it's none of the above, and it's not all down to one player going to Chelsea..........It's something else that I can't quite put my finger on.....

I am convinced this was the case. from relegation certainties they suddenly turned their form around to stay up and then had that title winning season. Bang average players suddenly performing like supermen. I have no idea why whatever they were 'doing' last season they can't do this season but the dip in performance levels is staggering.
Would love to see some analysis of their running speed this year compared to last, Vardy's sprints dont look the same.
