City 2-1 title favourites

It doesn't matter who they are (refs, linos, BT, Sly, BBC, ragtop's, other supporters, Joe public, Internet warriors,), and now the bookies, we never get anything off the c###s. 38 games hardest league in the world only 2/1, crooks the lot of them.
 
Not wanting to sound like a scouser but this is deffo our year. Early business being done. Last season we had a new manager and international competitions to contend with. Although Chelsea were the same, they had no European competition to deal with so had all week to get things right and after getting thrashed by arsenal, they were unstoppable. Tottenham can't win at wembley, Liverpool will be worried about the champions league and arsenal playing Thursday Sunday will kill them.

In the last 2 years we have had 2 winners who have not played in Europe! This year all the contenders for top 6 are in Europe. I don't see another Leicester anywhere (Newcastle, Everton, West Ham as potential outsiders to do well)? Should be a good contest - could be really close all the way!
 
Unless Bravo is out of the picture and we obtain the best DM that money can buy we will not win the league because Pep isn't pragmatic enough to deal with substandard players.
 
It will all depend on who Pep will bring in. The sooner the deals are done the better, it will be for us. It will give Pep time during the close season to have time to gel the players all together. Just hope that Pep has learnt his lesson from last season and stops making 4 to 6 changes every game, we only started to gel as a team when Pep kept the changes to a minimum.
