Was obviously great, but would like to see him given a rest where possible. Foden was excellent, Gundogan looks reborn playing more advanced, and whilst he’s not getting goals or assists, Bernardo has quietly been very good too. I feel without the pressure he feels to do everything himself, he’d have buried that early chance Cancelo gave him.

Having him as a false 9 allowed him the luxury of much more freedom in his play. He's not had that since the Silva days.
