I suppose theoretically this is true but what bollox even the lass from cancer research on the BBC news tried to dampen down the fucking furore over this. I mean smoking drinking and eating asbestos for example yes for Jesus sake you probably have to eat a mountain of burnt toast the size of Mont Blanc before you worry !!
