If you don’t feel you can talk to a family member or friend then get straight to your GP. It’s absolutely dreadful that suicide is such a big killer of younger men.

Sadly modern life is becoming more and more difficult, stress , expectation , financials etc are destroying people's mental state.

There is a lot lot to be said for a simpler life for one and all.
