When Liverpool won cl and finished 5th in league rules were changed to allow them to defend their cup by giving them a place in the qualifying rounds.Rules were than altered so any winner who failed to qualify via their own league position entered the next seasons cl in place of the lowest team from same league entering at the same stage as that team would have so Chelsea will be in the qualifying rounds but if they get through they will be seeded in group stage

Well 3 get automatic and so do winners so yes I'm sure. I'm not sure who has to play the qualifying match instead though, which would perhaps be a tougher question.

3rd placed Portuguese team moves into the 4th non-champs qualifying round and other lower ranked teams shuffle up accordingly.

If Bayern wins the CL, Belgian champions Anderlecht wil go straight to the group fase (because their 2nd place in the Bundesliga guarantees Bayern groupfase). If Chelsea wins it, Anderlecht will have to play qualifiers.
