City amongst nine "super-clubs" according to UEFA report

& yet the evening news states we are steeled for a new ffp crackdown as uefa wants to narrow the gap. Remarkably the rags have no similar headline so obviously their gap is perfectly ok.

Ha haaa they bang on about unfairness about clubs pulling away.....the premiership distributes money across all its teams. UEFA should look at La Liga and see which 2 teams have the total monopoly on its revenue that stops other teams becoming successful.

I know atletico have made strides, but was it Sevilla or Valencia that got bought out but the owner realised there was no way to break the stranglehold that was in place

And letting clubs function with massive debt needs to be looked at as well
It was Malaga actually.

ive always been against ffp has its all for the big boys but if this new rule they want to bring in makes it a level playing field im all for that tbh
even better a team with debt should have to get rid of debt b4 they are allowed to buy players then lets see wat the so called big boys do then lol
i think its only germany where sides dont have any debt at all and a very small few across europe

The ffp changes they're talking about implementing must be music to the Chinese football authorities ears....surely restricting European Club's spending is only going to weaken European football when the top players all disappear over to China to a league where they couldn't give 2 shiny shites how much their clubs spend.

Always said this about FFP... it will be the end of European domination. It's called free market economics!!

They're already talking about bringing restrictions in for the Chinese clubs and each club is already only going to be allowed to play 3 non Asians, so 48 players in total. If Pelle, Hulk and Mikel are the standard they're signing the PL could shit those players without noticing.

That's absolute bollocks. Liverpool can only buy Southampton players so they can't be deemed a superclub. For me a superclub would be any that has a realistic chance of attracting the best players in the world. PSG, Bayern, Barca, Real, City, Chelsea, Rags are those clubs. Arsenal refuse to pay the money or they would be included.
