Yes but the window is nearly closed & the new rules come into force before the summer transfer window. Chelsea’s amortisation over 8 years has helped them spend over £500 million. Something no other club will be able to do.
Like us they also have a good source of youth talent which they will sell, which on the books will have a zero value all the money will be profit
 
I see we have made £3.5m from the 25% sell on clause for Ivan Illic. Pedro Porro could add a fair bit more to the City coffers.
