Craft Beer Scene.. Love it or loathe it?

its not for me, prefer my beer full of chemicals, john smiths bitters never made me throw up like those weird sounding ales like "tiger rut" etc

Of course you'll pay more for a smaller brand. I remember buying obscure Essex stuff back in the day wonderful ales. I'd support these local crafts as some don't last more than 2 years by going bust. These big macro beers and their metallic taste are underwhelming

You don't necessarily pay more for the smaller brands the tax on them is less or so i read.
