Something has to give in India mate, we dont need 4 seamers over there and if we go in with that, we'll get beaten badly, last series in India we won with Swann and Monty playing large roles in the series victory. Woakes shouldnt be dropped after the summer he's had, Stokes is a shoe in, so even if we leave out Wood (which would be madness IMO) one of Broad and Anderson should be dropped. I wouldnt want to make the call, but for me, considering his age and the fact he gets nothing from the pitch, Jimmy would be the one to miss out.

Thing is I agree but the establishment wont be dropping anderson or broad unless unjured, be those 2 and 1 more seamer/fast bowler and a spinner as well as Ali as a spinner.

Brutal stuff out there today by England. 429-3 after 48 overs. Some seriously expensive bowling figures for the Pakistani attack. The all time record ODI score (Sri Lanka's 443-9 against Holland in 2006) is within reach.

Which they did, superb stuff, only saw the last 15 but still its been brutal, Pakistani fielding hasnt been much kop, but its not easy in the heat for over 3 hours with the ball going everywhere

So many balls sailing over their heads into the crowd, they were shocked when anything went near them. The fella (bowler) who they bought back, for his experience, went for 110.
What an experience.

Ha, mate some of their fielding would have embarrassed an u11s team, shocking stuff from a professional team, first over of the day one lad dived too short and completely missed the ball and it went for 4, basic stuff.

Their 5th bowler, ie that made up from the bits and pieces bowlers, Yasir Shah, Azhar Ali and Shoaib Malik, went for 112 in their 10.

Well bowled.

That Yasir dropped a dolly, mis-read the spin. Quite funny for a spinner.

Wondering what the record win/defeat is (in terms of runs) in ODIs; this is looking like something between 200-250 runs, unless there's an unforeseen late wicket partnership.
