M'Vila would seem the best bet to me, 12mil or so, and if Whinger is interested then he's usually a decent guide.

Perrotta is from Ashton, true. Last year on his contract but won't play much/at all. Nothing but respect for him though.
If you want a 'regista', you should look at Clasie (feyenoord). Or otherwise Sahin. We have some good youth coming through as well, but I won't tell you their names because I'd like to keep them

Dede. Plays for Vasco De Gama in the Brazilian League. He can play CB and CDM very young and will be cheaper because of his age. Possibly £10-£15 million.
