Very good for half a season in a pretty decent (compared to the years before) but nowhere-near-as-good-as-now team.
I liked him, wouldn't get near the first XI now imo.
On a sidenote, anyone remember that thread on the main forum where people were genuinely arguing (admittedly during his good half season, but still) he could go on to be our best ever player? Gotta love this place sometimes.

Robinho was a massive influence on him, but in the wrong way.
If only Robinho would have gone when Elano did, and Elano stayed that extra season. Cause if he did i actually believe Elano would still be playing for us right now.
Robinho was the shit stirrer in all of this, Elano made his own decisions in life. But the things they used to get up to, and the rules they broke together were unreal.

not dedicated enough,didn`t work hard enough and when he did it was like the world owed him a living...
