I don't see Carrick in the role of sitting in front of the defence as you need a player that's not only is a good footballer, but has to have plenty of energy

I do wonder if Delph will get a call up, clearly deserves it but it's England we're on about here.

Cahill should not start for England. Jones should as he has been impressive this season even if he looks like a twat amd plays for the scum.

Butland should be in goal. Rose when fit is in ahead of Delph but Delph should start ahead of Bertrand if only to stick a rocket up Bertrand and say you haven't guaranteed your spot yet and have to continue to perform.

Winks should be in the side potentially next to Dier behind Alli Sterling Rashford and Kane. Otherwise for more creativity Winks Lallana and Alli.
